Job Description / Role

Check stock levels and identify specific stock requirements
Together with Management, participate in inventory counting, inventory calculations, and inventory ordering
Control the activities of other staff members working in food production within the kitchen.
Adhere to uniform and appearance rules and make sure all chefs and kitchen staff also meet the required uniform standard
Responsible, in conjunction with the Administration, to ensure that the correct percentages of food costs are achieved, in accordance with the agreed budgets and objectives, without affecting the quality of the food and at the same time complying with the established specifications and procedures.
Maintains a high level of morale among all kitchen staff.
Supervise all staff in the back of the house, making sure all products are made to company standards
Plan shifts to ensure customer service is at its peak
Effectively assign duties to the staff at the back of the house and direct activities during the shift
Actively contact reception staff to monitor product quality.
Monitor product delivery times and take action if applicable
Effectively address all concerns of staff in the back of the home
Maintain a positive and challenging work environment by creating a strong team environment.

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
PHILIPPINES or INDIANS preferably
Male, under 35 years old only

Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree preferred or any relevant certificate
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as a chef/chef
Expert in Chinese and Indian cuisine.
Exceptional proven kitchen management capabilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized cooking processes.
Health and safety training credentials.
